Where did the time go? I’m honestly still in shock that I’m expecting baby #1 in May! We are very excited as the time has flown by quickly and we are looking forward to meeting baby soon. After a wild ride to get here, including our first IVF cycle being cancelled due to COVID-19, we are feeling truly grateful and appreciative of all the support we’ve received this year.

I know this past year has been a whirlwind for most of us. As we continue to navigate the new normal with additional safety precautions at our clinic, I hope all of you are doing well. Please know that I am here for you.
One of my top priorities as your Naturopathic Doctor is to ensure you receive the best care possible at all times. I am always striving to serve my patients better and to help you achieve your health goals. I will be seeing patients at Higher Health and Upper Beach Health & Wellness up until Friday, May 7th, 2021. After that time, I will on short maternity leave. I plan on opening up my schedule for limited virtual appointments during the summer and returning to work part-time after Labour Day.

Maternity Coverage
I will resume limited patient care for virtual consults only starting in July. You will be updated via the time approaches, I highly encourage you to follow us on social media for the most up-to-date information. In-person appointments will resume in September.
Higher Health Centre
During this time, Dr. Keara, Taylor, ND will be covering my practice and providing both in-person and virtual naturopathic care for patients at Higher Health. Dr. Keara Taylor, ND and I share a similar passion for women’s health, hormones and fertility. I know you will be in great hands during this brief transition. Should you require any in-person services (acupuncture, B12 shots, IV therapy) you can book directly with her or our IV lounge for IV treatment only. Upper Beach Health & Wellness
Arlene Dubier, ND will be covering my practice and providing both in-person and virtual naturopathic care. Dr. Arlene Dubier, ND has a strong clinical focus on preconception care, pregnancy and fertility. She is also a birth doula and has prescribing rights, which gives her the authority to perform B12 injections and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. While I’m off, I will be monitoring patient care closely to ensure you receive the best possible treatment options. If you have any questions please reach out before May 7th.
